Abstract

This paper aims to find out and describe the efforts of teachers to increase students' learning motivation in the process of learning Indonesian in elementary schools. The method used in this study uses a library method, or commonly called a literature review which is based on books, research results, journals, and articles related to educational and learning evaluation. The search in the database was carried out starting from December 2024. It aims to provide insight to readers regarding the results of the discussion show that teachers use various strategies, such as the application of various learning methods, the use of interactive learning media, providing positive feedback, and integrating local cultural values ​​into learning materials. In addition, teachers also create a supportive learning environment by building good relationships with students. The conclusion of this paper shows that the combination of these strategies can increase students' learning motivation, so that it has a positive impact on understanding the material and learning outcomes. This paper recommends the development of training programs for teachers to broaden their horizons about innovative and effective learning methods. Hopefully this paper can be used as an additional insight for readers and educators and prospective educators
