PERAN GURU DALAM PENANAMAN DAN PENINGKATAN NILAI RELIGIUS DALAM KEGIATAN SHALAT BERJAMAAH SISWA KELAS RENDAH

The cultivation and improvement of religious values through congregational prayer activities among low-grade students has an important role in the formation of character and discipline. Congregational prayer not only strengthens the spiritual connection with God, but also instills a sense of community and discipline among students. Teachers as exemplary figures play a key role in this process, both as examples in the implementation of prayer and as guides who help students understand the meaning and benefits of congregational prayer. Various strategies can be applied by teachers to instill these religious values, including through appropriate approaches, such as religion-based learning or the use of relevant stories, teachers can instill religious values in students. Congregational prayer also has a positive impact on the character of students, which can be seen in the attitude of discipline, mutual respect, and strengthening of faith. However, there are several challenges faced by teachers, such as a lack of understanding of the importance of congregational prayer or limited time and facilities. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in increasing religious value through congregational prayer and identify the challenges faced in teaching congregational prayer to lower grade students.
