STRATEGI PEMASARAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN MADRASAH

In an effort to improve the quality of education, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Muhajirin Teluk Payo is facing a number of problems. Some of these include limited financial resources, a low number of students, and a lack of facilities. In the current era of increasingly fierce educational competition, madrasahs must use effective marketing strategies to attract student interest and improve educational services. The purpose of this research is to study educational marketing strategies that can be used to improve the quality of education at MTs Al Muhajirin Teluk Payo. Qualitative descriptive research uses data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data collected were analyzed inductively to gain an understanding of the marketing strategy patterns used and to find better solutions. The research results indicate that effective marketing strategies include improving the quality of educators, creating flagship programs based on religious and academic themes, enhancing collaboration with the community and parents, and optimizing promotion through social media. Word-of-mouth strategies and the improvement of educational services also help attract new students and retain the madrasah. MTs Al Muhajirin Teluk Payo can increase the number of students, improve facilities, and create a more competitive and high-quality learning environment by implementing the right marketing strategies.
